Law360, New York (December 17, 2010, 3:46 PM ET) -- A federal judge has rebuffed a move by Google Inc., Yahoo Inc. and others to throw out Software Rights Archive LLC’s suit alleging they infringed its patents covering Internet indexing and display technology.
Judge Ronald Whyte of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on Wednesday rejected the defendants' bid that Software Rights did not have sufficient rights in the three asserted patents for standing to bring the suit.
