Law360, New York (January 11, 2011, 3:19 PM ET) -- A former stock analyst at expert-networking firm Primary Global Research LLC pled guilty Tuesday to conspiracy and fraud as part of the U.S. government’s insider trading crackdown.
Former PGR analyst Bob Nguyen copped to insider trading charges in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, saying the firm recruited experts and passed along material, nonpublic information to hedge funds and other clients, according to the plea agreement.
