Judge Sets Stage For Trial In Norvir Monopoly Case

Law360, New York (January 18, 2011, 8:21 PM ET) -- A federal judge has greenlighted several suits against Abbott Laboratories accusing the pharmaceutical company of illegally hiking the price for its HIV drug Norvir in order to protect another Abbott drug from competition, setting the stage for a jury trial.
