Sony Ducks Most OS Claims In PS3 Action

Law360, New York (February 18, 2011, 2:08 PM ET) -- A federal judge in California has nixed eight of the nine claims in a consolidated putative class action accusing Sony Computer Entertainment LLC of reneging on its promise to let users run Linux and other operating systems on PlayStation 3s.
