Toy Designer Hits Cepia With Trade Secrets Suit

Law360, New York (March 14, 2011, 8:23 PM ET) -- A toy inventor sued Cepia LLC in California federal court Thursday, alleging it developed a line of toys from trade secrets he gave to two Hong Kong companies he had contracted with to develop prototypes of a robotic hamster.
