Law360, New York (March 22, 2011, 2:10 PM ET) -- Morrison & Foerster LLP has expanded its environment and energy practice in San Francisco by adding a former regulator with the California Public Utilities Commission, the firm announced Tuesday.
Dian Grueneich joined the firm as partner after her six-year term as a California public utility commissioner ended in December.
