Law360, New York (April 22, 2011, 3:23 PM ET) -- Panda Restaurant Group Inc. was slapped with a class action in California on April 18 accusing the company of failing to pay workers at Panda Express restaurants proper overtime wages and denying meal and rest breaks.
The complaint, which was filed in state court, named Panda Restaurant Group and Panda Express Inc. as defendants. The named plaintiff, Josefina Flores Diaz, says she worked for the defendants in the Golden State from September 2009 to January 2011.
