Law360, New York (April 29, 2011, 10:34 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Friday indicated he would deny Toyota Motor Corp.'s bid to dismiss a consolidated complaint alleging economic harm in a multidistrict litigation over sudden acceleration defects in Toyota cars.
In a hearing, U.S. District Judge James Selna told dueling teams of attorneys that he would largely adopt a tentative ruling which found that the plaintiffs’ complaint met legal requirements to show an actual injury.
