Unilever Seeks Approval Of Trans Fat Settlement

Law360, New York (June 07, 2011, 2:27 PM ET) -- A Unilever PLC unit and plaintiffs in two proposed class actions on Monday urged a California federal court to grant final approval to a reworked settlement of allegations that the company touted trans fat-filled margarines as healthy.
