Law360, New York (June 22, 2011, 7:31 PM ET) -- The founders of ConnectU Inc. told the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday that they would not ask the U.S. Supreme Court to review a decision upholding a 2008 settlement with Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg for a reported $65 million in cash and stock.
Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss and Divya Narendra filed a three-page notice with the appeals court indicating that they would not petition the Supreme Court to review the case but did not indicate why they were dropping the fight.
