Law360, New York (May 23, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Pacific Gas & Electric Co. has asked a district court judge to dismiss an employment discrimination case brought by two workers on the grounds that they missed the 90-day time frame they had to file their complaint.
After the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission gave the two workers right-to-sue notices, the employees instead decided to file claims in a California state court.
