Law360, New York (June 28, 2011, 8:21 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Monday forced a group of antitrust class actions against a group of title insurers into arbitration, citing the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling in AT&T Mobility LLC v. Concepcion.
