Ford AC Defect Action May Be Nixed For Lack Of Evidence

Law360, Los Angeles (July 26, 2011, 6:28 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday indicated she would toss a proposed class action accusing Ford Motor Co. of knowingly selling and leasing vehicles with a hazardous air conditioning defect, saying the plaintiff has provided no evidence that his vehicle has the alleged defect.
