Law360, New York (June 06, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Discovery in the ongoing antitrust case against SRAM flash memory chip producers was postponed on Tuesday, when a judge agreed to give the U.S. Department of Justice more time to finish investigating the companies for criminal violations.
“The court finds that there is a 'question of law or fact in common' between this civil action and a criminal grand jury investigation,” Judge Claudia Wilken said, adding that the government had jurisdictional grounds to intervene in the civil case.
