UMG Shoots Down Marley Label's Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (August 11, 2011, 2:06 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday nixed the final claim of an antitrust and copyright suit in which Bob Marley record distributor Rock River Communications Inc. accused Universal Music Group Inc. of interfering with its sales of a Marley album.
