Law360, New York (June 19, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Plaintiffs involved in the ongoing multidistrict antitrust litigation over alleged price-fixing for fuel surcharges are seeking more time to smooth out their proposed settlements with defendants American Airlines Inc. and United Air Lines Inc.
After gaining permission from the two airlines, the plaintiffs asked the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on Monday to push back the deadline for their motion for preliminary approval of proposed agreements with the airlines from Tuesday to July 20.
