Law360, New York (September 19, 2011, 9:33 PM ET) -- Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP announced Monday that it had opened a Silicon Valley, Calif., office with two IP partners specializing in technology and life sciences from King & Spalding LLP.
Paul J. Andre and Lisa Kobialka will head the new office, the third for New York-based Kramer Levin, which will focus exclusively on IP for now, the firm said.
