Law360, New York (September 29, 2011, 1:36 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday refused to decertify a class of Netflix Inc. subscribers in multidistrict litigation accusing Netflix of conspiring with Wal-Mart Stores Inc. to corner the online DVD sales and rental market.
Attorneys for Netflix had argued that the lead counsel for the subscribers, Robert G. Abrams of Baker Hostetler, “is fatally conflicted,” as his firm represents Wal-Mart in other matters.
