Law360, New York (October 04, 2011, 2:20 PM ET) -- The tipster who clued police into the identity of the murderer of Hollywood publicist Ronni Chasen sued two of the woman's friends Monday, accusing them of breaching a contract by backing out of promises to pay a reward for the successful apprehension of Chasen's killer.
The anonymous tipster, who in the California complaint is assigned the John Doe placeholder name, says Harold Matzner and Michael Levine, who together put up a potential reward package of at least $125,000 for whoever led the police to the killer,...
