Law360, New York (October 04, 2011, 6:53 PM ET) -- The California federal judge overseeing multidistrict litigation accusing Singapore Airlines Ltd., Continental Airlines Inc. and others of conspiring to fix prices on long-haul trans-Pacific flights on Tuesday tossed foreign injury claims against the carriers for the second time.
U.S. District Judge Charles R. Breyer granted a motion by Singapore Airlines to dismiss claims brought in an amended complaint by the class that the airline said would contradict an earlier order by the judge that excluded foreign injury claims.
