Law360, Los Angeles (November 15, 2011, 2:41 PM ET) -- A Malibu, Calif., homeowner hit NBCUniversal LLC, Shed Media US and others with a lawsuit Monday claiming they breached a lease and invaded his privacy by showing the interior of his home in the Bravo reality TV show "Bethenny Ever After."
In the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Bijan Shahmoradi claims that when he leased the beachfront Pacific Coast Highway home to defendants Sean Sette and Brandy Scheerer in March 2010, he included a provision prohibiting a sublease without Shahmoradi’s express permission.
