WildEarth Prods EPA To Wrap Up Planned Ozone Rules

Law360, New York (November 29, 2011, 4:16 PM ET) -- Conservation group WildEarth Guardians sued the head of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in California federal court last week over the agency's failure to follow through on new standards for ground-level ozone.
