Law360, New York (December 01, 2011, 10:33 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Thursday compelled arbitration and decertified the class in an antitrust suit accusing Apple Inc. and AT&T Mobility LLC of monopolizing the aftermarket for iPhone voice and data services.
U.S. District Judge James Ware granted Apple and AT&T's motions to compel arbitration and decertify the class made up of consumers who bought iPhones in the U.S. and entered into two-year agreements with AT&T for iPhone voice and data service from June 2007 onwards.
