Toyota Asks 9th Circ. To Uphold $2.6M Arbitration Award

Law360, Los Angeles (December 08, 2011, 8:19 PM ET) -- Toyota Motor Sales USA told the Ninth Circuit on Thursday that a $2.6 million arbitration award against its former in-house counsel — who allegedly leaked confidential information about rollover accident litigation — must be enforced even if the arbitrator erred on the law.
