Law360, Washington (January 19, 2012, 12:43 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday approved Dr. Bronner's Magic Soaps' deal to drop its claims against Levlad LLC alleging the rival beauty and skin care product maker marketed its products as organic without meeting any required standards.
U.S. District Judge Susan Illston approved without comment the stipulation of dismissal between Levlad and Dr. Bronner's of all of Dr. Bronner's claims against Levlad. Attorneys for the parties declined to comment on the resolution of the case, citing a confidential settlement agreement.
