Law360, New York (July 24, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has once again pushed back the deadline for the parties involved in the massive antitrust case over alleged price-fixing of fuel surcharges in the air cargo industry to hammer out settlement deals.
On Tuesday, Judge Charles R. Breyer signed off on a joint request by the plaintiffs and defendants American Airlines Inc. and United Air Lines Inc. for another month to file their motion for preliminary approval of certain proposed settlements in the multidistrict litigation.
