Tech Firms Bid For Stay In DRM Patent Feud

Law360, New York (July 25, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A slew of technology giants have asked a federal court to stay proceedings in a legal battle with an individual inventor's patent covering digital rights management technology, arguing that an upcoming reexamination of the patent will likely invalidate all asserted claims and moot the case entirely.
