Law360, New York (February 06, 2012, 1:57 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Friday shot down patent claims brought by image sensor maker Panavision Imaging LLC against Canon USA Inc., Micron Technology Inc. and Aptina LLC, ruling that the companies did not infringe a patent covering video imaging technology.
