HP Says Snapfish Users Agreed To Info-Sharing Policy

Law360, New York (February 27, 2012, 6:18 PM ET) -- Hewlett-Packard Co. urged a California federal judge Friday to dismiss a putative class action over allegedly unauthorized shared billing information, arguing that users of its Snapfish photo service were clearly informed of the policy and that they granted HP permission to pass the information along.
