Ex-NBC Exec To Testify In 'Desperate Housewives' Row

Law360, Los Angeles (February 27, 2012, 5:05 PM ET) -- An ex-NBC Universal executive can testify at “Desperate Housewives” star Nicollette Sheridan's wrongful termination trial that series creator Marc Cherry was unlikely to kill off her character unless the two had been feuding off screen, a California state judge ruled Monday.
