Law360, Los Angeles (February 27, 2012, 7:01 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Monday tentatively approved a class action settlement worth nearly $5 million to resolve claims that BMW of North America LLC unlawfully recorded calls placed through its BMW Assist service.
