Law360, New York (April 10, 2012, 5:24 PM ET) -- Swiss electronic connector company TE Connectivity Ltd. has agreed to sell two of its units to a private equity company and a telecommunications distributor for a total of $403.5 million, the company announced Tuesday.
The Gores Group LLC, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, will pick up TE's touch screen supply business, Touch Solutions, for $380 million, and an affiliate of KPG Logistics will shell out $23.5 million for TE Professional Services, the company said.
