Bergstein Sues Stroock, Others For $100M In Molner Film Row

Law360, Los Angeles (April 20, 2012, 7:57 PM ET) -- Film producer David Bergstein launched a $100 million breach of fiduciary duty suit against Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP and others Friday, saying they used his longtime attorney to gather confidential information for movie financier David Molner’s litigation war against him.
