BP Misled Customers About Debit Card Fees, Suit Claims

Law360, New York (April 30, 2012, 2:15 PM ET) -- BP America Inc. and a California gas station operator were hit Friday with a putative class action claiming they falsely advertised how much customers would pay in convenience fees if they used debit cards to buy gas.
