Law360, New York (April 30, 2012, 2:33 PM ET) -- Contraceptive maker Conceptus Inc. said Monday it would not collect $19 million in damages awarded by a California federal jury in a patent infringement suit, after Hologic Inc. agreed to take its allegedly infringing product off the market.
