PG&E To Recover $8M For Failed 3,000-MW Line

Law360, New York (May 02, 2012, 5:35 PM ET) -- A Federal Energy Regulatory Commission judge on Tuesday asked the commission to approve a settlement allowing the Pacific Gas & Electric Co. to recover $8.4 million in costs for a canceled project to transport up to 3,000 megawatts of renewable energy from Canada to California.
