Wal-Mart Customer Says Oil Change Stickers Are Deceptive

Law360, Chicago (May 04, 2012, 1:01 PM ET) -- Wal-Mart Stores Inc. was hit with a putative class action Wednesday alleging it tells customers at its California car service centers that their vehicles need oil changes much more frequently than most actually do, in violation of the state's false advertising and consumer remedies laws.
