CBS, 'Frasier' Star Kick TV Writer's Copyright Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (May 09, 2012, 7:26 PM ET) -- A California federal judge Tuesday threw out a lawsuit accusing a unit of CBS Broadcasting Inc., ex-"Frasier" star Kelsey Grammer and other producers of the BET television series “The Game” of lifting a script without compensating the episode's original author.
