Apple Challenges Claims Its Siri Ads Were Misleading

Law360, New York (May 15, 2012, 6:01 PM ET) -- Apple Inc. on Thursday challenged accusations in a consolidated suit that its Siri speech-recognition software in the iPhone 4S falls short its advertised capabilities, arguing it has explicitly stated the software is in “beta” form that will continue to improve.
