Calif. Judges Must Post Financial Forms Online, Panel Says

Law360, San Diego (May 18, 2012, 5:36 PM ET) -- Despite concerns over security risks, California state judges will be required to post their financial disclosure forms online like other elected officials, but will be able to ask that certain sensitive information be redacted based on a regulation adopted Thursday by the Fair Political Practices Commission.
