Employers Only Liable For Workers’ Asbestos Ills: Calif. Court

Law360, New York (May 22, 2012, 8:18 PM ET) -- A California appeals court on Monday found that employers are not responsible for secondary exposure to asbestos of employees’ family members, finding such a standard could expose employers to potentially “infinite” liability to a wide range of plaintiffs.
