ESPN's Chris Mortensen Sued By Talent Agency Over Fees

Law360, Los Angeles (May 22, 2012, 6:29 PM ET) -- ESPN on-air personality Chris Mortensen owes Los Angeles talent agency Yee & Durbin Sports LLC more than $120,000 in unpaid fees for representation during contract negotiations with the network in 2006 and 2007, according to a suit filed Monday in California state court.

Yee & Durbin claims that Mortensen and his business entity, Chris Mortensen Productions Inc., breached their contract with the agency by failing to pay agreed-upon fees after he was awarded a five-year $5 million contract with the cable sports network in 2007....
