Exxon Defeats Calif. Plant Workers' OT Class Action

Law360, Los Angeles (May 22, 2012, 4:47 PM ET) -- A California judge on Tuesday threw out a putative class action accusing Exxon Mobil Corp. of labor code violations for failing to pay overtime to workers at a Las Flores Canyon, Calif., plant, saying a union agreement bars the employees' claims.
