Calif. Clears Faster Review Of K Road's Solar Project

Jerry Brown on Wednesday signed into law a bill that would allow K Road Power Holdings LLC's 663-megawatt solar project facing environmental suits to apply directly to a state board for permits, bypassing an often longer review process by local land use authorities.
