Regulators Poised To Fine PG&E Over Pipeline Violations

Law360, New York (May 29, 2012, 3:06 PM ET) -- Pacific Gas & Electric Co. said Tuesday that numerous and lengthy violations of federal and California standards governing its natural gas pipeline system near densely populated areas could contribute to at least $200 million in expected fines from state regulators stemming from a deadly 2010 explosion.
