Law360, New York (May 29, 2012, 3:15 PM ET) -- BNSF Railway Co. will invest about $120 million to make repairs and improve rail capacity on roughly 786 miles of track in California by the end of 2012, the Texas-based railroad operator said Tuesday.
Among the upgrades BNSF plans to invest in this year are the installation of an automated gate system for the intermodal container transport facility at its rail station in the Los Angeles suburb of Hobart. The company also plans to replace of 40 miles of track in California, the company said. ...
