Calif. Dems Hail ACA Ruling While GOP Urges Caution

Law360, New York (June 28, 2012, 8:05 PM ET) -- California Democrats hailed the U.S. Supreme Court's historic ruling Thursday to uphold President Obama's health care law, while Republicans, still reeling from Gov. Jerry Brown’s cuts to close the state's multibillion budget shortfall, urged caution in implementing some of the law's key provisions.
