Hollywood Residents Contest Plan Allowing Taller Buildings

Law360, San Diego (July 20, 2012, 6:12 PM ET) -- A group of Hollywood residents targeted the city of Los Angeles in a state suit Wednesday for approving a community plan update that will allow the construction of taller buildings in the neighborhood, asserting it violates California environmental law.
