Mitsubishi Gets $124M Verdict Booted From Trade Secrets Case

Law360, New York (July 27, 2012, 8:46 PM ET) -- A California judge on Tuesday erased a jury's $124 million ruling against Mitsubishi Electric & Electronics USA Inc., but affirmed that the Japanese company had broken a 2001 nondisclosure agreement involving a confidential design for computer memory chips, according to the plaintiff's counsel.
