Hollywood Condo Tower's Permit Yanked Over Enviro Review

Law360, New York (July 27, 2012, 10:12 PM ET) -- A California judge has rebuked the city of Los Angeles for ramming through an application to build a 20-story condominium tower on Hollywood Boulevard in violation of the California Environmental Quality Act.
